De has been certified in Residential Construction and is a New Homes Specialist. She is a licensed Realtor, as well as past board member of the Greater Manchester/Nashua Home Builders Association and the NH Home Builders Association. De has managed residential construction projects for over 25 years.
Nicks personal touch and 15+ years of custom carpentry experience certainly earn him the name of a “ground-up” expert. Nick has managed subdivisions as well as smaller projects from start to finish with a special emphasis on new and upcoming construction options and processes.
